Excella School Follows two educational pathways - the Rwanda National Curriculum and the American Montessori Program, registered under the American Montessori Society (AMS).

American Montessori
Program
It is the American Montessori that informs our philosophy, vision, mission, teaching and assessment. We are registered under AMS for the last 3 years, putting us at Stage 5 of the Pathway to full accreditation.
Our Nursery and Primary programs are Montessori-based, while our Secondary program offers both National and Montessori. Our focus is on building children's self-esteem, life skills, mentorship, and integrity. Join us in providing your child with a well-rounded education that will prepare them for success in future.
National
Program
The National program, developed by the Rwanda Basic Education Board and the government of Rwanda, provides a comprehensive curriculum that prepares students for higher education. With focus on subjects such as ICT, Entrepreneurship, and all Sciences, students are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their future endeavors.
